No Jitter Vacuum Pressure Gauge
Application
Vacuum gauge is an instrument for measuring the rarefaction or pressure of gas under vacuum. It is widely used in oil pipelines, water conservancy and hydro-power, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, military industry, petrochemical, oil wells, electric power, ships, machine tools, pipeline air supply, vacuum equipment and other industries.
Theory
The measuring system of the vacuum manometer is composed of a shank, a Bourdon tube, a transmission mechanism and an indication device.
The Bourdon tube is elastically deformed under pressure and causes displacement of the its end. The displacement is amplified by the transmission mechanism which pushes the indication device, and then the pointer indicates the pressure value on the dial that engraved with the unit of measurement.

Operation
■In the environment of rapid pressure changes, vibration and pulsation, the pressure gauge should be equipped with a protective device.
■During installation or removal, do not pull the gauge case by hand. Please use a wrench for installation.
■When measuring oxygen, acetylene or other combustible gases, please use a pressure gauge with no oil mark.
■The pressure gauge should be installed horizontally or vertically.
■When measuring the medium that has the risk of explosion, or is easy to crystallize, solidify, or medium that has a corrosive effect on copper and copper alloys, please choose Hakin special medium pressure gauge.
■The normal working environment temperature is -40°C to +70°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%.
